Build an oasis of tranquility and harmony in the middle of your week. Be in a supportive environment to strengthen your meditation practice. This is an ongoing gathering; no registration required; donations to ILM are gratefully welcomed. We will meet in the Ministry of Prayer Center, (upstairs in the Sanctuary building.) Doors will open at 6:45, and we will begin at 7:00 with chanting, followed by silent meditation at 7:15. In honoring the sacred space, doors will close at 7:15. Feel free to bring meditation cushions or seats.
