Statement of Purpose

Inner Light Ministries is an Omnifaith outreach ministry dedicated to spiritual transformation.  We provide “Tools for Living”™ that encourage the practical application of Universal Spiritual Principles to all of life’s circumstances.  Our aim is healing through the energy of love and the revealing of our own Inner Light.  As an Omnifaith ministry, we embody Spiritual Oneness, appreciate individualized expressions, and honor all paths that lead to Truth.

About Inner Light Ministries

Inner Light Ministries is a nondenominational religious nonprofit organization founded in January, 1997 by Rev. Deborah Johnson. It was conceived as an outreach ministry dedicated to healing, transformation, and teaching the practical application of Universal Spiritual Principles. It has quickly grown into a dynamic umbrella ministry with multiple ministries active within it. Ongoing programs include Sunday Services and the Education Ministry which provides workshops and on-going classes.

While it is a spiritual community, Inner Light Ministries recognizes that it is a member of the larger worldwide spiritual community.

It is not the intent of ILM to provide a “safe harbor” for any one particular socio-demographic profile. Diversity in terms of age, race, class, spiritual background, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical abilities, etc. is encouraged and valued. Appropriate support will be given to assist people in reconciling their “issues” so that they may be more spiritually available.

An important source of funding is monthly pledges from the Inner Light community, including both local participants and virtual participants who join us from all corners of the globe. In addition to these ongoing financial commitments from individuals, Inner Light has been working to diversify its funding sources, so as not to create a dependency on any one avenue.

In keeping with its mission, Inner Light’s future growth lies in the development of its multimedia — particularly web and video — products and services. Its goal is to make Universal Spiritual Principles easily accessible to the public in user-friendly formats, tailored, where appropriate, to meet the needs of specific populations.

The prospects for Inner Light’s future are quite bright. Thank you, Spirit, and thank you, Inner Light community.

I am interested in attending classes here but would like a description of some of the classes. One being the WOW and the other being the dimming circle.
    Thank you !

My name is Ronda Rice and I would like to set up a time to come by and talk about using the church for the creation and offering of a full musical production called Goddess Chant by Shawna Carol. I envision producing and offering one of these truly extraordinary ritual performances in May 2017 and am just beginning to consider venues. I see some wonderful possibilities for collaboration having this production birthed through your facility and look forward to hearing from you.

I’m looking for some information about renting a meeting room for one evening from approx. 6-8 (Tues.-Thursday best) for last week of October or first twe weeks in November 2016, with a capacity for about 50 people, chair and/or chair table set up, ability to present PowerPoint and place exhibits on wall (with artist’s putty that doesn’t hurt the paint) & need small sign-up table.

What are your: rates, room availability, contract and/or insurance requirements?

FYI- The link for renting the light was not functioning.

Please feel free to call me (I left you a voicemail) or email me.

    Thank you! & Best Regards
    Sheryl Bailey
