We are currently refinancing our 3.3 acre Inner Light Center. Since our purchase in 2003, individual investors have always provided the financing. The minimum investment is $10,000.

- Earning a rate of return higher than savings accounts or treasury bonds;
- Receiving monthly interest payments on their investment secured by the ILM Center, 6% on the junior position;

We are also refinancing the primary loan and seek investors for that, as well.
