The soil in which our nation planted its seeds of promise was not fertile enough to bear a varied crop. The lofty ideals were meant for a few but not for the many. “All” was never intended to mean ALL. Undeniably, much of our nation’s current socio-political turmoil is the fruit of its original exclusionary seeds. Instead of grieving and bemoaning the lack of harvest from seeds never planted, let us courageously plant new seeds. It is time to reimagine “WE The People.”

We have been incrementally clawing our way into expanded inclusion, one population group at a time. In 1984, as a co-litigant in a landmark civil rights case, I had the pleasure of setting precedence for the inclusion of sexual orientation into California’s Civil Rights Bill. Such inclusion started a national trend setting the stage for Marriage Equality in 2015. LGBTQ Pride is this month of June. March was Women’s History. February was African-Americans. My contributions are parceled out bit by bit. We have to do more than rotate the spotlight on marginalized populations, as we are all integral to the whole.

It is as though we keep trying to add more stories onto a single-story structure ignoring the fact that expansion requires the foundation to be retrofitted. Our nation’s foundation needs retrofitting. Our democracy, more fragile than ever we ever thought it could be, desperately needs more affirmation in our deliberations. Let us breathe new meaning and intent into our nation’s creed by reimagining who constitutes the people called “WE.”

In the workshop, we will learn:

·      Nuances of the nation’s founding documents never taught you in school

·      Institutionalized cross-purposes in need of healing

·      How to be pulled by vision instead of pushed by pain

·      The necessity and power of transformative collective intention

You are encouraged to participate in person as often as possible to lend your consciousness to the expanded vision of inclusion.

Standing in YES

Standing in YES: Lessons from The Sacred YES

As human beings, we tend to waffle in our spiritual understanding. We vacillate between awareness and amnesia. We fluctuate between being on and feeling off with a regularity that makes us doubt if consistency is even possible. Using revelations from the letters in The Sacred YES and other material not yet published, we will explore how to strengthen our steadfastness.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

·      More easily discern when spiritual realignment is needed

·      Resonate more fervently with “The YES” within you

·      More quickly recalibrate back to Center

·      Increase your capacity to stand in your spiritual power

You are encouraged to participate live, as often as possible. The sharing of your life’s journey is a blessing to us all!

This workshop is highly engaging, interactive, and all original material found nowhere else! Participants can expect shifts and changes in consciousness as a result of the coursework!

Recordings and materials will be available to all participants, including those who are unable to attend live.

5 Thursdays – June 17 – July 15, 2021
Via Zoom 4-5:30pm PDT
