I am careful about what I reinforce in my mind.

Calm affirmative thoughts quell my monkey mind.

Through the transformation of my mind I am renewed.

I release negative energy and refrain from fanning its flames.

My life is filled with examples of being uplifted and supported.

Everywhere I turn there’s evidence of goodness and past blessings.

I bring to conscious remembrance the times that life exceeded my expectations.

I remember the kindness not anticipated; the extra mile traveled to support me.

I proclaim my testimony in each test, triumph while in my trials.

I always choose joy over drama.
