I treasure this power and use it wisely.

I mind my mind and am careful of what I say and do.

I refuse to be seduced by the world’s clamor and chatter.

My attention is riveted on the positive and affirmative.

I cannot be lulled to sleep by the hypnotic drone of doom.

Piercing through all appearances, I see the brightness of Truth.

My resilient spirit is always triumphant.

I stand tall and awake.

My eyes are open for Life’s sake.

I am empowered by my choice to be Love’s Instrument.
