Learn to Honor Yourself (and others) by Telling Your Truth
Julie Wooden
Friday, Oct 17, 6:30–9:30pm & Saturday, Oct 18, 9:00am–1:00pm
Inner Light Center, Fee: $40
Through the use of thought provoking exercises and lots of time to connect and learn from one another, students will learn that relationships are a path to transformation. They will gain understanding into why certain behaviors no longer serve them and why ignoring their inner dialog can sabotage their efforts to evolve. Students will also learn how to be of service through self-care and self-love. A version of this powerful workshop was previously offered to ILM Education ministry faculty and Practitioners, and is now being offered to the community upon their recommendation.
Julie Wooden, a seasoned Practitioner, has been on the Education Ministry faculty for 5 years. With 30 years of experience in addiction and codependency, she has designed and facilitated workshops for AA/Al-Anon/Ala-Teen, ILM faculty, and Practitioners. Julie provides spiritual counseling with an emphasis on Alcohol/Drug addiction, behavioral health and mental illness.
