I am naturally balanced.

There is an innate order within me at all times.

There is evenness in my daily state, neither seeking highs nor avoiding lows.

Always gravitating in the direction of my attention, I stay focused on Higher Purposes.

It matters not why I am off or how often; I simply choose to realign.

I consciously come back to Center, time and time again.

My resilient Self rises when I fall, steps out when time to move.

All stuck energy is unblocked; I flow with vibrant chi.

I heed the command to “Be still and know” the Divine.
