Regardless of circumstances, I continuously affirm the Goodness of Life.

I free my heart from all emotional debris.

I allow my mind’s eye to purify my perceptions.

I rise in my awareness to a transcendent point of view.

I have the wisdom not to believe everything I think.

With compassion I embrace everyone and everything.

I give myself permission to experience Divine Joy whether I am happy or not.

I choose to rejuvenate and replenish.

I’m grateful beyond measure.
