Life is vital. We check our own vitals. Life’s heartbeat is strong. Life’s breath is deep. 

We are vital. We impact people we know and so many people whom we’ll never know.

I am vital. I matter. I am proud. I live with integrity. I stand for something. I have a voice. I have a story. I have a purpose.

Black lives are vital. Life. Breathe. Heartbeat. Together, we stand. In solidarity and with vitality.
