Affirmations

I tap into inner reservoirs beyond my own making.
I don’t have to rely on my own will and might.
Relaxing into the Divine, I drop the doubt and defenses.
I drink from the waters of Living Grace.
I am part of the very force of Life itself.
Because life is forever moving upward and onward, so am I.
Since Life is innately sustainable, so I am.
Every winter turns to spring and so do I.
Built into every living thing is its own rejuvenation, its own evolution.
My very constitution is grounded in spiritual transcendence.
I am forever renewed.
