Knowing I am divine, I do not play small.

I am not at the mercy of others, nor blame them for my emotions.

My consciousness is expanded as I pierce through the illusion of separation.

No one can make me feel anything – I am responsible for my reactions.

I release judgment as merely a reflection of my own self-doubt.

I see my own reactivity toward others as a vehicle for discovering my next round of healing.

I hold my relationships as a spiritual practice.
