Affirmations

When I search outside myself, confusion is all I find.
When I remember to look within I see that I am standing on solid ground.
There is nothing to resist; there is nothing to fear.
I follow the Path of least resistance.  I go with the Flow.
Accepting what is, I welcome and embrace Life.
My vigilance is to my spiritual practice.
I cannot wander from God’s Presence.
I cannot depart from God’s care.
I trust God with all my heart. I go where I am led.
I have the Courage to do something different.
I remember to Breathe!
