Affirmations:

Like a river connected to both its source and destination, generations before and beyond me find life within me in the present.

I refuse to run from my past, holding steadfast for the blessing of finding spaces of reconciliation and grace even in the face of struggle.

Knowing that God wastes nothing,  I become an alchemist of the elements of my inherited legacies.

I use my consciousness as a catalyst of transforming my past into manifestations of my greater yet to be.

The currency of my life is inestimably valuable, and I circulate it as an act of sacred sustainability.
