Affirmations

I begin my day with prayer and I pray throughout the day.

Prayer is an anchor in my daily spiritual practice.

Through prayer, I stay rooted and grounded.

Prayer is not a distinct activity that stops and starts.

Prayer is living a constant connection to the Divine.

The more I pray, the less botherable I am.

I don’t wait for problems to motivate me to pray.

I choose prayer as first choice, not last resort.

Prayer heals the past, reveals the present, and cultivates the future.

Prayer reminds me that this and every day is a precious gift from God.
