Affirmation

The world is not limited to my understanding, and I am not limited by needing to understand

For every solution I arrive at, I know there are millions of possibilities I had not considered

I open myself to new ideas and ways of experiencing the world

In all relationships, I seek to be loving rather than right

There is always more to be shared than there is to be guarded

I work on cleaning my own porch rather than inspecting my neighbors

Beyond the lines we draw I know there is a place where we can meet

There is no span of space or time that love cannot bridge
