I want to be more loving in my heart.

It’s my conscious choice to choose love, especially when I don’t want to.

I release the grip that resentment has in my heart.

I free myself from thoughts of “othering” and separation.

I am joyously part of the whole.

I place everyone under the umbrella of human family.

It is large enough to contain all, even the unlovely.

I stand in justice, not judgment.

I lead with compassion, not contrast and comparison.

My open heart transforms wounds into mere scars.

Seeing through fresh new eyes, I embrace the world around me.
